Beijing blasts U.S. at WTO over semiconductor restrictions on Chinese company

The Commerce Department's recent move to block U.S. companies from exporting some technologies to a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer came under fire from China this week during a meeting at the World Trade Organization. Last month, Commerce added Fujian Jinhua Integrated Circuit Co. to a list of entities U.S. companies are prohibited from supplying with technology products.
