Biden rescinds Trump orders banning TikTok, WeChat, other apps

President Biden on Wednesday rescinded three Trump administration executive orders crafted to ban TikTok, WeChat, Alipay and seven other applications over concerns the China-based app developers had access to sensitive data on U.S. citizens.
