Bipartisan House group calls on Tai to set up new Section 301 exclusion process

A bipartisan group of more than 100 lawmakers this week urged U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai to re-establish an exclusion process for Section 301 tariffs on products from China. Under President Trump, the U.S. imposed Section 301 tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of Chinese goods.
