China initiates antidumping investigation into rubber from U.S, EU, Singapore

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce today announced it has launched an antidumping investigation into imports of halogenated butyl rubber from the United States, the European Union and Singapore. China expects the investigation will conclude before Aug. 30, 2018, but added that “in special cases” the end of the investigation could be postponed until Feb. 28, 2019.
