China issues draft regulation law that would restrict outbound data flows

The Chinese Cyberspace Administration last week issued a draft regulation that would make it more difficult for companies doing business in China to send data outside of the country, moving closer to implement an aspect of the new Cybersecurity Law that has drawn the ire of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and American businesses.
