China issues tariff exemptions, new regs to comply with phase-one deadlines

China this week issued a second list of products that will be eligible for exemptions from retaliatory tariffs imposed against the U.S. and continued to advance new regulations to comply with agricultural provisions of the phase-one deal that went into effect last week.
