China to send trade delegation to DC; Malpass to lead U.S. side

China will dispatch a delegation to the U.S. to discuss trade later this month -- the first senior level dialogue after both imposed tariffs on $50 billion worth of goods -- and Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs David Malpass will run point for the talks on U.S. side.
