China slams Commerce’s self-initiated aluminum AD, CVD probes

The Trump administration is looking to score easy political points at the cost of a stable bilateral trade relationship with China by self-initiating antidumping and countervailing duty probes into Chinese aluminum, the state-run media outlet Xinhua wrote in a commentary published Monday.
