Commerce: IPEF Supply Chain Agreement will enter into force on Feb. 24

The Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity Supply Chain Agreement will enter into force on Feb. 24, the Commerce Department announced on Wednesday. Under the terms of the agreement, finalized late last year, five members must deposit an instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval with the U.S. before the agreement kicks in.
