The Bureau of Industry and Security on Wednesday will publish rules on semiconductor compliance and biotechnology, according to Under Secretary of Commerce Alan Estevez. Estevez, who spoke at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, leads BIS. He did not elaborate on what the rules would entail.
