ITC rules unanimously that U.S. industry is being injured by Chinese aluminum sheet imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday ruled unanimously that the U.S. aluminum industry has been injured by unfair Chinese imports of common alloy aluminum sheet, clearing Commerce to proceed with antidumping and countervailing duties.
