ITC upholds termination of U.S. Steel's trans-shipment claim in 337 case

The U.S. International Trade Commission this week upheld Administrative Law Judge Dee Lord's termination of U.S. Steel's trans-shipment claim that Chinese steel manufacturers misrepresent countries of origin, leaving just one of the company's original three claims active in the Section 337 investigation.
