Administrative Law Judge Dee Lord this week terminated U.S. Steel's trans-shipment claim accusing Chinese steel manufacturers of misrepresenting country of origin and canceled an upcoming trial, leaving just one of the company's three claims active in a U.S. International Trade Commission Section 337 investigation.
