Moolenaar, Suozzi, Cotton, Banks reintroduce bill to strip China’s PNTR

Citing President Trump’s “America First Trade Policy” memo, House Select on the Chinese Communist Party John Moolenaar (R-MI) and other lawmakers on Thursday reintroduced a bill to strip China of its permanent normal trade relations status and phase-in tariffs ranging from 35 to 100 percent.
