Report analyzes U.S.-China trade war impacts, names possible winners

Taiwan, Mexico, the European Union and Vietnam have benefited from the U.S. imposition, over a year ago, of tariffs on China imports, a new report published by the United Nations' trade arm says, with diversions in the first half of 2019 amounting to an estimated $21 billion.
