Semiconductor manufacturers, users launch coalition for CHIPS funding

Members of the Semiconductor Industry Association are joining forces with prominent chip users to launch a coalition focused on securing $50 billion in funding for the Creating Helpful Incentives for Producing Semiconductors in America Act. The Semiconductors in America Coalition includes downstream chip users Amazon Web Services, Apple, AT&T, Cisco Systems, General Electric, Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft and Verizon.
