Senate adds trade bill, with GSP and MTB extensions, to China package

The Senate on Thursday overwhelmingly voted to attach to a wide-ranging China-focused legislative package a bill to extend two trade preference programs, restart and reform the exclusion process for Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods and implement a host of other trade provisions.
