Solar trade group protests 201 global safeguard petition filed with the ITC

The Solar Energy Industries Association is arguing that a U.S. solar company pushing for safeguard duties on imports of solar panels is not representative of the domestic manufacturing industry – and that such duties would harm the entire solar industry.
