Sources: USTR more likely to refile WTO aluminum challenge than pursue Obama case

The Trump administration may decide to revamp and strengthen a stalled Obama-era World Trade Organization challenge of Chinese subsidies to primary aluminum producers rather than proceed with the original case, sources told Inside U.S. Trade.
