State, in broad white paper on China, urges a ‘long-overdue’ re-evaluation of U.S. alliances

The Trump State Department has penned a white paper on the challenges posed by China that urges a re-evaluation of U.S. alliances and participation in international organizations and a push to eliminate “dependence” on Chinese products.
