State: U.S., Taiwan extend economic dialogue as partnership ‘continues to grow’

The U.S. and Taiwan have agreed to extend an economic “dialogue” for five years, the State Department told Inside U.S. Trade on Tuesday. The two sides last week convened the fifth U.S.-Taiwan Economic Prosperity Partnership Dialogue, State said in an Oct. 24 statement .
