U.S. Cyber Commission: ICT supply chain ‘has a China problem’

The U.S. government should end its information and communications technology supply-chain reliance on China by establishing a comprehensive industrial base strategy that identifies emerging technologies and ensures U.S. production capacity in those industries, according to a commission of lawmakers, executive agency heads and outside advisers.
