USTR exempts more products from Section 301 tariffs

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative this week released a list of additional products excluded from a first wave of Section 301 tariffs on $34 billion worth of Chinese goods. The exclusions include three 10-digit Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States subheadings and 30 product descriptions covering 87 separate exclusion requests, according to a notice scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on March 25.
