USTR finalizes list of $16 billion in Chinese goods set for tariffs beginning on Aug. 23

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Tuesday published a final list of Chinese imports worth roughly $16 billion to be hit with 25 percent tariffs beginning on Aug. 23, rounding out the first wave of U.S. tariffs on $50 billion stemming from a Section 301 investigation into Beijing’s intellectual property practices.
