Global Forum on Excess Steel Capacity gathers on sidelines of G20

The Global Forum on Steel Excess Capacity is expected to informally convene today and Saturday on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany -- with steel issues likely to assume a prominent role in the discussions among G20 members.
