USTR to open exclusions process for List 4 China tariffs

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will offer an exclusions process for the fourth wave of tariffs on roughly $272 billion worth of Chinese goods, the agency announced last week. An online portal for submitting requests will open at noon on Oct. 31, according to notice posted on USTR’s website and dated Oct. 18. The last day to submit requests is Jan. 31, 2020.
