Solar industry groups urge Commerce to reject circumvention claims

More than 240 solar energy companies are pressing the Commerce Department to issue negative rulings in a set of probes into solar products imported from Southeast Asia, warning that affirmative determinations would constitute an “improper expansion” of U.S. trade remedy law.
