To expand and deepen the investment cooperation with the U.S. Indiana State, further the follow-up work of MOU on two-way investment promotion cooperation signed by the China Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) and the U.S. Indiana State Economic Development Promotion Corporation, with friend negotiations, the two sides signed the appendix of MOU, under the witness of the Chinese Assistant Minister of Commerce Tong Daochi and the U.S. Indiana Governor Mike Pence on May 12, 2015.
