CBP Invokes 'Live Entry' Procedures For Selected AD, CVD Steel Shipments

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has launched a new effort to enforce relevant trade rules for steel shipments at high risk for the evasion of antidumping and countervailing duty orders, according to senior CBP officials.
