House passes bill to address ‘anticompetitive’ ocean shipping practices

The House on Thursday voted overwhelmingly in favor of a bill that would build upon the Ocean Shipping Reform Act by allowing the Federal Maritime Commission to investigate the alleged anticompetitive practices of Chinese shipping companies and restricting China’s access to shipping data.
