ITC Rules U.S. Steel's 337 Case Improperly Linked To Commerce Investigations

An administrative law judge who suspended U.S. Steel Corp.'s 337 case against 40 Chinese steel companies improperly linked the case to the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations handled by a separate government agency, according to a U.S. International Trade Commission opinion.
