USCBC Urges Granting China MES This Year To Bolster Bilateral Relations

The U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC) this week called on the United States to grant China market economy status in antidumping (AD) cases later this year upon the expiration of a key provision in China's protocol of accession to the World Trade Organization that allows trading partners to use an alternative AD methodology.
