U.S., China Continue To Spar On Market Access Commitments In E-Pay Dispute

The United States this week urged Beijing at a World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) meeting to follow through on the Oct. 29 announcement of its State Council to soon allow foreign providers of electronic payment services (EPS) to operate in China by issuing the necessary regulations promptly.
