Editor's Note: On Jan. 21 The United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (USW), Domtar Corp., Finch Paper LLC; P.H. Glatfelter Co., and Packaging Corporation of America submitted a petition to the U.S Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission asking them to impose antidumping and countervailing duties on certain uncoated paper products from five countries. This type of paper is commonly used in copiers and printers as well as for other applications.
