Froman Says U.S., China To Exchange BIT Negative List Offers Soon

U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman has said the U.S. and China still have not exchanged "negative list" offers in their negotiations for a Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT), but expressed optimism that the swap would take place soon.
