China Warns Of Potential WTO Fight Over NME Methodology In AD Cases

China this week warned members of the World Trade Organization that it may take legal action against them if they fail to drop by mid-December next year laws and regulations that allow the use of surrogate cost and price data in antidumping (AD) cases involving China.
