Grassley agrees with Lighthizer: Set up a 301 exclusion process only if China tariffs are raised

A product-exclusion process for a third tranche of Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods is needed only if they are raised from 10 percent to 25 percent, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said on Tuesday.
