Mnuchin: China must address state-driven industrial, ag, cyber, policies

In opening remarks today for the inaugural U.S.-China Comprehensive Economic Dialogue, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin called for Beijing to reduce state intervention in a slew of sectors as a way to rebalance the bilateral trade relationship. Shortly after the opening remarks, the U.S. announced it would not be holding its previously scheduled press conference at the close of the session.
