Senators call on Trump to craft enforcement plan to combat steel overcapacity

A bipartisan group of senators is calling on President Trump to formulate a comprehensive enforcement plan to combat the “global steel crisis,” arguing that “diplomacy” at this week's global steel forum ministerial will not suffice as a solution to overcapacity.
