U.S. will seek WTO dispute panel in China grain TRQ fight

The U.S. next week will ask that the World Trade Organization establish a dispute settlement panel in its pending challenge of the manner in which China administers tariff-rate quotas for rice, wheat and corn, according to a schedule of a Dispute Settlement Body meeting set for Aug. 31.
