Steel and aluminum industries target China, Korea in trade deficit review comments

In comments submitted to the Commerce Department to inform its trade deficits review, U.S. steel and aluminum companies have targeted Chinese trans-shipment practices and alleged government subsidies as primary contributors to the U.S.-China trade deficit, in addition to taking aim at Korea for fueling increased subsidization of steel products.
