Ahead of coming 301 tariffs: Administration resolve, China reactions and retailer worries

There's no secret about what’s coming in the next chapter of U.S.-China trade relations – a tariff hit for China, higher than what was reportedly recommended by U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer as a result of USTR’s 301 probe of China’s intellectual property and technology transfer practices.
