USTR flags new digital trade barriers in EU, Kenya, Saudi Arabia and India

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative's 2019 National Trade Estimate labels new digital services taxes and other digital practices in the European Union, Kenya, Saudi Arabia and India “key barriers to digital trade,” while reiterating concerns about with China and others.
