WTO trade indicator suggests continued weak growth

Weak growth worldwide is likely to continue into the second quarter of 2019 amid global trade tensions, according to new World Trade Organization projections. The new “ World Trade Outlook Indicator ” reading, released on Monday, is “below trend” at 96.3 (100 is the baseline).
