China will comply with WTO ruling on agricultural TRQs by the end of 2019

China and the U.S. have agreed that China will have until Dec. 31 to implement the recommendations of a World Trade Organization dispute panel that sided with the U.S. in finding Beijing improperly administered its agricultural tariff-rate quotas.
