Foreign trade zone association claims CBP is misapplying tariffs

Customs and Border Protection is “discriminating” against U.S. importers using foreign-trade zones by not applying a cut in Section 301 tariffs on some Chinese-made goods, according to National Association of Foreign Trade Zones President Erik Autor.
